A pre-release overview of the audio paths, local MCP, and safe meeting controls.

Product state: pre-release validation

Audio paths

Viyv Meeting Mic: meeting audio on channel 1 and the optional physical microphone on channel 2
Viyv Meeting Send: selected AI audio and the optional physical microphone duplicated to both channels
Normal AI output remains audible on the Mac's physical output

Start a meeting

Select the meeting, AI app, and physical microphone
Confirm participant consent and response policy
Start listen-only
Use speak-once only when needed
Stop and restore when the meeting ends

Local MCP

The MCP host launches the same installed app binary with --mcp. Transport is stdio. There is no HTTP URL, API token, LAN port, or cloud registration.

Pre-release limitation

The DMG remains unavailable until signing, notarization, fresh-Mac Gatekeeper, driver install/update/uninstall, and real Zoom/Meet/Teams tests pass.

GitHub

The official repository is currently private. Public visitors are not sent to a GitHub 404 while its release policy is being decided.
